After graduating from high school with a passion for IT, Tran Vu Bao started studying Software Engineering at Aptech Softech Da Nang. During his long career before joining Est rouge, he established many companies and gained deeper experiences in directing and managing international IT projects, especially with clients from the EU. After expanding his career, he decided to join an enterprise to challenge himself for developing his own team at a corporation. This is how he joined Green Global, the second-largest IT company in Da Nang. Within 7 years, he became the Top Manager where he managed about over 150 members. In 2017, he joined NAL Solutions, where he successfully designed and executed reform plans for improving the company's structure and infrastructure to run its business. With that success, he was welcomed as CEO of Est rouge Technologies in 2019. He is now serving as CEO of Est rouge Vanguards and Rising Stars.
